"Barely Survived Two Weeks"
I really wanted this to work out, but wow... it didn’t even make it two weeks. One minute I thought I had a decent product, and the next it was basically done for. Disappointing, honestly.

"Am I missing something, or are returns way too complicated?"
I ordered the wrong size and figured exchanging it would be straightforward, but it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. Am I missing something here? The whole return process felt slower than it needed to be, and I kept having to check for updates myself. It’s not like this is the worst company ever, but returns really shouldn’t take this much effort. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was totally sure about the size or item

"Wish there were more ways to make it my own"
The product itself seems decent, so I don’t want to knock it too hard, but I personally care a lot about customization. I was hoping for more color choices and different setup options, and it just felt kind of limited. For the price, I expected a bit more flexibility, so I was a little disappointed

I ordered a couple of lacrosse strings and a pocket kit, and when the package showed up, one color was wrong and one item was missing. Shipping itself was fine, but I was in the mood to get my setup done and then had to stop because it wasn’t what I actually picked. Support did get back to me after about a day and said they’d send the missing piece, so I appreciate that. Still, it was frustrating to deal with when the order should’ve been checked before it went out. Giving it 2 stars because of the hassle.

"Checkout Was Way More Frustrating Than It Should’ve Been"
I tried ordering from stringking.com, but the checkout process was a headache. The site kept acting up, and when I refreshed, my cart changed, which made everything even more confusing. I also had a hard time finding clear shipping info. It felt like one of those automated systems that just keeps pushing you in circles instead of actually helping. After spending way too much time on what should’ve been a simple order, I gave up before finishing. Not a great shopping experience for me.

I’ve ordered from StringKing before, and from the way everything was presented and handled, I got the impression they’re a solid brand. My order showed up like it was supposed to, and the whole experience didn’t give off any sketchy vibes.
That said, the prices feel a little steep to me, and when I reached out to support, their response took longer than I expected. Maybe they were just busy, but the tone made me feel like it wasn’t super urgent on their end. I’d probably order again if I needed something specific, but I’d still check other shops first.

The website feels dated and a little cluttered. I felt kind of pressured trying to find what I needed because the layout and colors don’t make browsing very easy. It just didn’t give me the best first impression.

"Felt Left on My Own"
I tried using their guides to learn stringing, but it just made me more confused. It felt like they skipped over important steps, and some of the photos didn’t even match what I was supposed to be doing. As a beginner, I kind of felt ignored, like the instructions were written for people who already knew the basics. I ended up having to search YouTube anyway, so the guides didn’t really help me much.

"Not as comfortable as I hoped"
I really wanted to like it, but it just didn’t feel right on me. The fit was kind of stiff, and after wearing it for a little while, it started rubbing in a way that got annoying fast. For what I paid, I expected it to be a lot more comfortable. Maybe it works better for someone else, but I wouldn’t buy it again

"Issue Fixed, But It Took Too Much Effort"
I had a problem with my order, and to be fair, it did get sorted out in the end. But it took a lot longer than I expected, and the replies were slow. I had to follow up more than once, which felt frustrating. I get that things happen, but customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing just to get a basic issue handled. Not the worst experience, but definitely not the best either...

"Wore Out Fast"
I grabbed this string kit kind of in a rush, and it felt a little cheap right out of the package. It started wearing down faster than I expected too. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Decent Product, Frustrating Shipping"
The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping experience was frustrating. My order came much later than expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where it was. I get that delays happen, but it’s common sense to keep customers informed if something is running late. Overall, the item was okay, but the shipping made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I’m not sure if it was just me, but this took way longer to string than I expected. It wasn’t impossible, just kind of frustrating and more fiddly than I thought it would be.

I really wanted to like this, and I don’t feel like I’m being too picky here, but it just didn’t feel worth the money to me. I gave it a fair try, and for what I paid, I expected better quality or at least a better overall experience. Maybe it works for some people, but for me, it was disappointing...

I tried to place an order twice, and both times the items I actually needed were out of stock. At this point my brain just labels the place as unreliable, because if the same thing happens two times in a row, I’m probably not going to keep checking back.

"Stringing felt a little uneven"
I noticed the stringing wasn’t really consistent between the pockets. One felt deeper than the other, and it threw me off a bit when I was messing around with it after work in the garage. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable.
